Warranty
The contractor is providing the following five year warranty for residence from the date of completion of the newly poured concrete piers and pads as of Date. The contractor will be fully responsible for furnishing materials and labor for the first year as required for the piers and pads. The following four years, the contractor shall supply the materials, and the homeowner shall furnish the labor costs at $55.00 per hour. This warranty is transferable. Please note: this warranty is void if water accumulates under the house (including but not limited to leaks from damaged water or sewer pipes under the house).
